The room was well-decorated and had a functional layout. the thoughtful provision of a tea kettle was appreciated, as well as the ample supply of tea, coffee, milk, and sugar sachets. we found it convenient that we could warm up drinking water in the room.
During our first night, there was a constant sound present around the room, but the hotel promptly granted our request to change to another room. there were some aspects we enjoyed, but there were also some aspects that could have been improved upon.

We had an enjoyable stay at this hotel. The hotel facilities were great, and its cleanliness exceeded our expectations. Additionally, the staff was very helpful and accommodating during our stay. We also appreciated the hotel's convenient location to lakeshore hospital, which made our visit there quite easy.

The room was nicely decorated and had a tea kettle included. It was also conveniently located near key attractions and provided plenty of tea, coffee, milk and sugar sachets. Plus, the hotel staff were very responsive to our request for a room change.
Our stay was ruined by a constant noise that was present in the room we stayed in on the first night. We had to request a room change to have a more peaceful night sleep. It was not the best experience for our xmas getaway.

We appreciated the thoughtful provision of a tea kettle and generous quantities of tea, coffee, milk, and sugar sachets. the bathroom was clean and had all the necessary amenities. the service was prompt and responsive to our requests. the breakfast had a good selection of items to choose from.
At times, there was an unwelcome constant sound in our room, but the hotel was quick to accommodate us by changing to another room.
